Perfumes, scented oils, and colognes have been a part of many cultures since at least the ancient Egyptian times. Perfume is even mentioned in the Holy Bible, when Mary anointed the feet of Christ and was found in ancient Chinese burial sites. Although the exact history of perfume is a bit of a mystery, in this day and age, women clearly love it. The following paragraphs will discuss women and their modern day use of perfume.
Women love perfume as much as men love cars. Some experts and researchers believe they know the reason. At least in part, they believe a woman's love of perfume is due to pheromones produced by her body. Pheromones are actually hormones that tend to control and stimulate the woman's love. These hormones are triggered by certain scents, making perfume an extremely desirable item to purchase.
Do women love perfume because it makes them beautify? While perfume does entice these hormones in women, and increase their love, it is the reaction men have to them that they find most appealing. The attention they get from their male companion, as the scent also stimulates something in men as well, attracts women to perfume every bit as much as the fact it could increase their love does.
Of course, it doesn’t really matter exactly why women love perfume so much. Studies have shown that nearly 80 percent of all women will make a perfume purchase at least once in a years time. What is truly important about women who love perfume is that they smell great, and feel extremely better about themselves. Her sexuality could very well factor into the equation, but it is certainly not the only factor in the equation.
The complete love of perfume by both women and men alike can be contributed to several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to instinctual factors or simply because it makes them feel feminine.
Smelling great can certainly make a woman feel good about herself, as well as make her feel attractive. Perfume can put her in a great mood! Who isn't pleased by a great smell? If the smell of good food makes us hungry, what does that say about a great smelling person? No matter why a woman loves her perfume, you can bet her reasoning is as good as she smells.
